Cancellation by Guest
Guests can cancel reservations up to [Insert number] hours/days before check-in without penalty (unless a non-refundable booking).
After that deadline, cancellation charges will apply (often 100% of the first night, or full stay depending on booking).
Non-Refundable Bookings
Some rates may be non-refundable. Once booked, no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

If you depart earlier than the booked check-out date, no refunds will be provided for unused nights, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
Any bank fees or transaction charges may be borne by the guest (unless otherwise stated).
Cancellation by Us
In rare events (force majeure, property closure, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Full refunds will be provided in such cases.
We will notify you as early as possible and assist with alternate arrangements when possible.
